In this class we will learn how to shape the basic Swedish Bread learned in the previous class into two of Hazella’s most popular items: The Swedish Cinnamon Bun and the Beef Beirock. You do not have to have taken the bread class to take this class, but you should have a working knowledge of bread baking or be willing to use purchased bread dough as we will not be learning to make dough in this class.
