    Born in New York and raised in his dad’s deli, Michael brings East Coast flavor and a lifelong love of food to every dish. After training at the Culinary Institute of America, he made the move to Oregon in 2015 and has been sharing his passion for bold flavors and welcoming hospitality ever since.

    Born in Lebanon, Rebecca has the heart of a hostess and a knack for making everyone feel at home. Trained in the art of comfort ranch cooking, she’s known for her cozy, crowd-pleasing baked goods and her gift for bringing people together around the table. Rebecca leads the Hazella baking classes and loves to talk about the science of dough.

    Born in Albany, Natalie joined the Hazella team in 2021 and quickly became our resident croissant whisperer. With a magic touch for laminated dough and a love for the details, she brings buttery layers of joy to every bake. While croissants are serious business, Natalie maintains a great sense of humor.

  • Ruby Lou Murray

    Hailing from Lebanon, Ruby Lou joined the Hazella team in 2022 and instantly became a customer favorite. With a natural knack for great service and a warm, welcoming spirit, she makes every visit to the bakery a little brighter.

    Equally skilled at the front and back of house, Isabella keeps things running smoothly while always dreaming up what’s next. She brings fresh energy to Hazella with monthly menu innovations and creative flair on social media.

    Originally from Albany, Emma joined the Hazella team in 2024 and quickly proved herself as a pro in both the front and back of house. Known for her organization, multitasking, and ever-present smile, she helps keep the bakery running like clockwork.
