This advanced class is designed for students who have completed our Intro to Whole Grain class or have prior experience baking whole-wheat breads. Together, we’ll troubleshoot common challenges you may have encountered in your whole-wheat loaves and explore techniques to improve flavor, texture, and consistency.
You’ll learn how to extend shelf life, adjust formulas to meet your nutritional goals, and incorporate wholesome grains into your favorite recipes.
If you haven’t taken our Intro to Whole Grain class but are comfortable working with whole-wheat doughs, you’re welcome to join.

Location: Hazella Baking School at Margin Coffee, 878 S Main St, Lebanon
Cost: $75.00 ($25.00 deposit and $50 at the door)
