Croissant Dough: Class Two--$70

Croissants are by far the most challenging bread Rebecca has ever attempted. Everything must be perfect in order to get the correct balance between flour and butter. If you have been curious about how this most delicate of breads is made, this class is for you. It is a time consuming task, so you will have to take both class one and class two. In the first class we will learn to make the dough and begin the rolling process. In the second class we will finish rolling and learn to cut, proof and bake this quintessential French staple.
