Learn the craft behind one of the world’s most iconic pastries! In this hand-on class, you’ll discover how to create authentic, bakery-style croissants from start to finish. We’ll cover every step - from mixing and laminating the dough to rolling, shaping, proofing, and baking.

You’ll learn the techniques that produce those signature layers: crisp, golden, and flaky on the outside, soft and dry on the inside. We’ll also discuss common troubleshooting tips and how to adapt the dough for variations like pain au chocolate.

This class is limited to 8 experienced bakers.

Date: Saturday, February 28th 2:30-5:30 PM

Location: Hazella Baking School at Margin Coffee, 878 S Main St, Lebanon

Cost: $95.00 ($25 deposit and $70 at the door)*
