Ready to take your bread-making skills to the next level? Join us at Hazella for a hands-on class where we’ll learn to make the classic Swedish Cinnamon Roll, Sticky Buns and Beef Bierocks.

In this class, Rebecca will show you the techniques for shaping, filling, and baking these delicious rolls, ensuring you achieve that perfect balance of soft, pillowy brioche dough and rich, flavorful fillings. While the focus will be on shaping and fillings, you’ll also pick up tips on glazing and finishing to give your rolls that signature Hazella touch.

Though it’s helpful to have taken our Swedish White Bread class, it’s not required. However, a basic understanding of bread-making is recommended. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just looking to expand your baking repertoire, this class will leave you with the skills and confidence to create these Nordic delights at home.
